1. Service provider

The SolarPro service is provided by SELERIUM S.R.L., a Romanian company with registered office at Strada Mircea Eliade 12b, Corp C, Ap. 10, Oraș Voluntari, Județ Ilfov, 077191, România, registered with the Romanian Trade Registry under number J23/2744/28.04.2022, unique tax identification code RO46028425, and European unique identifier (EUID) ROONRCJ23/2744/2022. 2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using SolarPro (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

SolarPro is a web application allowing users to design photovoltaic panel layouts on satellite imagery, place exclusion zones and equipment markers, generate energy estimates and export PDF reports. The estimates provided are indicative and do not replace professional technical advice or installation by a licensed electrician.

4. Account creation

To use the Service you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

5. Trial and credits

New accounts receive a free 7-day trial including 20 credits. One credit is consumed per generated panel layout or PDF export. Paid plans and billing cycles are described on the Pricing page and apply once paid billing is enabled.

6. User obligations

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attempt to access, modify or compromise the Service, our infrastructure or other users' accounts.
• Do not use the Service to upload unlawful, defamatory or rights-infringing content.

7. Intellectual property

The code, design, SolarPro trademark and application content are the property of SELERIUM S.R.L.. Data you input (projects, segments, equipment, logos) remains yours; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Outages may occur for maintenance, updates, or causes outside our control. Technical support is provided by e-mail at support@selerium.ro.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. SELERIUM S.R.L. is not liable for design, installation or purchasing decisions made solely on the basis of estimates generated by the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.

10. Account suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the profile menu — all associated data (projects, segments, transactions, settings) is permanently deleted from our database and the Clerk account is also removed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where possible.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably; failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of SELERIUM S.R.L. have exclusive jurisdiction.
