About SolarMap

SolarMap is a planning and reporting tool built for solar installers. It lets you go from a satellite image to a complete, client-ready proposal — with panel layout, energy estimates, ROI projection and a branded PDF — in minutes, not hours.

Mission

Make solar quoting fast, accurate and presentable — so the installer can spend less time in spreadsheets and more time on the roof.

What it does

You draw panel segments directly on satellite imagery, configure each zone independently (panel size, wattage, orientation, tilt, spacing, exclusion zones), and the app instantly calculates production, savings and a 20-year ROI. Energy yield is sourced from PVGIS — the EU Joint Research Centre's irradiance database — for the exact GPS coordinates of your project, across all countries and hemispheres. When you're ready, one click produces a branded PDF report or a public share link your client can open without an account.

Technology

SolarMap uses Google Maps satellite imagery and the PVGIS API (re.jrc.ec.europa.eu) for location-accurate irradiance data. PDF generation, map snapshots and share links are handled server-side so clients always receive a clean, professional output.

Behind SolarMap

SolarMap is built and operated by SELERIUM S.R.L., based in Voluntari, România. The product is part of the Electritec ecosystem — a set of tools designed for the electrical and renewable-energy sector.
